TUCSON, AZ. (THECOUNT) — Tucson man, Jesus Limon, has been identified as the victim in a fatal single-vehicle crash on early Sunday, according to Monday morning reports.

Limon, 46, was killed in a single-vehicle crash on Sunday around 1:45 a.m., according to the Tucson Police Department.

According to TPD, Limon was operating a vehicle on W Speedway Boulevard near Interstate 10, when for unknown reasons, the vehicle crossed centerlines and exited the roadway. The vehicle then collided with a utility pole.

Limon was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the collision, reports KVOA.

The victim was transported to an area hospital where he was later pronounced dead.

Police believe alcohol impairment may be a factor in the crash.

Limon was the sole occupant of the vehicle, TPD says.

The crash remains under investigation.
