KANSAS CITY, MO. (THECOUNT) — Missing Kansas City woman, Renita Thompson, has been identified by family members as the body found Saturday.
Thompson, 28, had been reported missing since Saturday, Dec. 14.

Family members and Kansas City police confirmed the body found Saturday morning belongs to the missing woman.
The body of Thompson was discovered in the area of Ewing Ave & E Gregory Blvd on Saturday morning.
Police have not yet determined the cause of death, reports KCTV.
