HARDIN COUNTY, TX. (THECOUNT) — Ethan Wayne Woods, of Vidor, Texas, has been identified as the victim in a fatal Hardin County motorcycle-versus-vehicle crash Monday night, according to reports.
Woods, 22, was killed in a crash on US-69 near Mitchell Road, south of Lumberton, at about 7 p.m. Monday.
Troopers say they responded to reports of a multi-vehicle crash involving a motorcycle.
When officials arrived they determined, Kalind Adams, the driver of a 1999 Toyota Tacoma pickup truck was traveling southbound on US 69 when it was rear-ended by Woods’ Suzuki motorcycle.
Woods was pronounced dead at the scene of multiple blunt force trauma injuries.
65-year-old Adams of Lumberton, was not injured in the crash, reports KFDM.
