BRIDGEPORT, CT. (THECOUNT) — Tyquess Moore has been identified as the teen fatally shot in Bridgeport, Connecticut on Sunday night, according to officials.

Moore, 18, was found suffering from at least one gunshot wound on Sunday near Newfield Avenue in Bridgeport.

The deadly incident occurred around 6 p.m. Sunday in the 500 block of Newfield Avenue.

Police say they responded to Newfield Ave after receiving multiple calls of shots fired.

When police arrived on scene they discovered Moore lying in a driveway with multiple gunshot wounds, reports NEWS12.

Moore was transported to an area hospital where he was pronounced dead of gunshot injuries.

No arrests have been made and no suspect information provided.
