HOLIDAY, FL. (THECOUNT) — Xavier Deshawn Brown, of New Port Richey, Florida, has been identified as the victim killed in a Saturday morning crash involving a dump truck in Holiday, according to reports.
Brown, 23, was killed in a crash on US-19 after his vehicle came into contact with the rear of a dump truck around 6 a.m. in Holiday.
According to Florida Highway Patrol, Brown collided with the back of a dump truck when the truck turned on US-19 from Sunray Drive, reports WFLA.
Brown was pronounced dead at the scene of multiple blunt force trauma injuries.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
