GREENFIELD, IN. (THECOUNT) — Greenfield police are seeking “handcuffed” man, Steven “Scootie” Groves, last seen Wednesday night near the Hancock County Jail.
Groves, whose age was not provided, is described as 5 foot 11 inches tall, weighing about 200 pounds, according to a Facebook post from police.

He was last seen wearing tan pants, a gray shirt, and no shoes, according to TheIndyChannel. Oh yeah, and he’s cuffed.
Greenfield PD provided no further details on the manhunt.
Anyone who spots Groves or has information on his whereabouts should contact 911.
