MORROW COUNTY, OH. (THECOUNT) — Aleesha A. Hardy, of Cardington, Ohio, has been identified as the victim in a fatal Sunday vehicle crash, according to Monday reports.
Hardy, 30, was killed following a crash in Chester Township on Sunday, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
Hardy was operating an SUV north near Township Road 190 & County Road 179, around 5:30 a.m. Sunday, when for unknown reasons, the vehicle crossed centerlines and exited the roadway. The SUV then rolled over and came to a rest after striking a large tree.
Hardy was pronounced dead at the scene of multiple blunt force trauma injuries.
Investigators said she was not wearing a seatbelt and the crash is still under investigation, reports 10TV.
The cause of the deadly crash remains under investigation.
