RIVERSIDE, CA. (THECOUNT) — Rapper Bad Azz, reportedly a good friend of fellow rapper, Snoop Dogg, has been found dead in his Riverside, CA, jail cell, according to TMZ Tuesday morning.
Jamarr Antonio Stamps, 43, passed away Monday while being held in custody at a detention center in Riverside, CA on a domestic violence charge. It’s unclear how he may have died, but the rapper was taken into custody on Friday and had an upcoming court date Tuesday.
His bail was set at just $10,000, and based on jail records, it doesn’t look he’d bailed out, reports TMZ.
The west coast MC was an affiliate of Snoop’s, Daz Dillinger, Kurupt, Warren G, Nate Dogg and others associated with Tha Dogg Pound Gangsta Crips based out of Long Beach.
