WILLISTON, ND. (THECOUNT) — Matthew York has been identified as the Williston, North Dakota teen fatally shot overnight in a Williston double-shooting, according to Monday morning reports.
A 17-year-old was taken into custody in connection to York’s fatal shooting in Williston.

According to Williston PD, a 17-year-old male was arrested and charged with murder on Monday around 4 a.m., reports KXNET.
The teen, who was not immediately identified because of his age, is accused of shooting two men in Williston, killing one of them.
The other victim was transported to an area hospital in critical condition.
The investigation is ongoing.
