POLK COUNTY, TX. (THECOUNT) — Allysa Fleming, of Houston, TX, has been identified as the young mother killed in a Can-Am Commander crash Sunday night near Rhett’s Run in Livingston.
Fleming, 21, was riding as a passenger in off-road vehicle operated by 31-year-old Charity Lara when the fatal crash occurred Sunday night after 8:30 p.m. on Rhett’s Run near Livingston.

According to DPS, the Can-Am Commander was heading south near Rhett’s Run, when for unknown reasons, it exited the roadway. The vehicle then struck an embankment and rolled over.
The driver, 31-year-old Lara was transported to an area hospital for treatment of unknown injuries.
Fleming was pronounced dead at the scene of multiple blunt force trauma injuries.
There were three more passengers in the vehicle. All three were taken to the hospital for treatment. Their injuries were not immediately provided, reports CBS19.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
