FL Teen Girl Banned From Naples Haunted House After Sucker Punches Man Over Trump Halloween Costume ‘Laughed As Uploaded To Instagram’

NAPLES, FL. (THECOUNT) — A Florida teen was banned from a Naples, Florida fairgrounds after police say the female punched a man in the face because he was dressed like Donald Trump for Halloween.

Authorities say, a 14-year-old Florida girl, who was not identified because of her age, walked up to a man standing in a cue at the Naples Haunted Gross House – and sucker punched him in the face. The popular annual event is held at the Collier County Fair & Exposition fairgrounds in Naples.

The teen later admitted to deputies that the sole reason she punched the man, to whom she did not know, was because she wanted to “punch President Trump.”

Friends with the teen laughed as they filmed the incident before uploading it to Instagram.

The Naples Daily News reports that the girl could face a misdemeanor charge of battery for the Saturday attack.

The Collier County Sheriff’s Office says the man and his family were in line to go into the Naples Haunted Gross House exhibit at the county fairgrounds when the girl walked over to him and punched him in the jaw. The man told officials that the girl laughed and then ran away. The victim reportedly approached the girl and asked why she punched him before asking a deputy to report the incident, reports FoxLA.

Reports say that authorities interviewed the girl’s parents.

Deputies reportedly told the girl’s parents that due to the nature of the crime and “that the sole motivation was to strike ‘Trump’,” detectives may follow up with them.

The girl was kicked out of the fairgrounds and may face charges following an investigation.
