The sheriff’s office says deputies responded to a home on southeast 59th Street near 27th avenue in Ocala in reference to a shooting.

When deputies arrived at the home, they found two men inside, according to the sheriff’s office. One of the men was dead, the second man was identified by deputies as Jenson, who was quickly taken into custody.

According to the sheriff’s office, deputies were called to the home multiple times on Friday while Jenson was trying to evict the victim. Deputies told Jenson not to return to the victim’s home and explained the eviction process, but Jenson did not follow those orders and returned to the victim’s home later that night where he shot and killed him, reports CBS12.

Jenson was transported to the Marion County Jail where he is held without bond.

Public records show a spelling of “Jensen” as the suspect’s legal name. It is unknown if this is the same man or if officials misspelled the suspect’s last name as “Jenson.”
