PUERTO RICO. (THECOUNT) — Puerto Rico Nelly Pimentel has won the crown of Miss Earth 2019, according to Saturday reports.
Puerto Rican, Pimentel, about 22, took the international crown of Miss Earth 2019.
And the Puerto Rican Pimentel rose this morning with the scepter of Miss Earth 2019, according to primerahora.
The event, which aims to raise awareness about the environment, was held in the Philippines.
It is the first time that the Island wins this beauty title.
Pimentel was crowned by outgoing queen Nguyen Phuong Khanh of Vietnam.
