Eppley Airfield Emergency As United Jet Landing Gear Stuck In Down Position Monday Afternoon

OMAHA, NE. (THECOUNT) — Emergency crews were seen responding in large numbers to Eppley Airfield Monday afternoon after officials say passenger jet’s landing gear malfunctioned shortly after takeoff.

Officials say the affected plane is a United Airlines flight that had taken off from Omaha.

KETV reported seeing a large emergency presence at Eppley Airfield from our SkyCam Network.

Officials said the flight’s landing gear was stuck in the ‘landing’ position.
