ANCHORAGE, AK. (THECOUNT) — Todd Palin has reportedly filed for divorce from Sarah Palin after more than 30 years together.
The former Alaska governor’s husband filed for divorce in Anchorage Superior Court Friday, citing an “incompatibility of temperament between the parties such that they find it impossible to live together as husband and wife,” according to Monday reports.

Sarah and Todd Palin are reportedly seeking joint legal custody of their child, Trig; their other four children — Bristol, Willow, Piper and Track — are all adults, reports NYDailyNews.
Sarah Palin served as governor of Alaska from 2006 until her resignation in 2009, during which time she ran an unsuccessful campaign as John McCain’s running mate in the 2008 presidential election.
The former governor was speculated to run for president in 2012, but never followed through, and has stayed mostly out of politics since then.

Her one-season reality show, “Sarah Palin’s Alaska,” aired just eight episodes and a highlight reel on TLC in late 2010 and early 2011.
Bristol Palin has been more in the public eye recently, including two seasons of “Dancing with the Stars” and as Farrah Abraham’s replacement on “Teen Mom OG.” She also published a memoir, “Not Afraid of Life: My Journey So Far” in June 2011.
