HOUSTON COUNTY, GA. (THECOUNT) — Jeffrey Wayne Holliday, of Perry, Georgia, has been identified as the Houston County Middle School teacher who resigned after being charged with Child Molestation.
Holliday, 41, taught and coached at Kathleen, GA, Mossy Creek Middle School, according to Beth McLaughlin the Director of Community and School Affairs.
According to the Houston County Sheriff’s Office, Holliday was arrested at his home Shane Cir. home on Thursday.
McLaughlin says this is the same day he resigned from the Houston County School District, according to WGXA.
Details of the charged offences were not made available.
