WHEELING, VA. (THECOUNT) — Joseph Edward Harrison, of Cleveland, has been identified as the victim in a fatal shooting in Wheeling, West Virginia on Monday.
Harrison, 25, was found suffering from multiple gunshot wounds on Delaware Street, in Wheeling, VA, after 4 p.m., according to the Wheeling Police Department.

Harrison was transported to an area hospital where he was later pronounced dead of gunshot injuries.
Police said the suspect was spotted fleeing the scene.
Police said detectives were interviewing potential witnesses.
