AKRON, OH. (THECOUNT) — Akron police have confirmed there are multiple people injured after a shooting near Firestone Community Learning Center around 9 p.m. on Sunday.
Multiple police cruisers are currently on scene.
The learning facility is located at 470 Castle Blvd, in Akron, OH.
Police have yet to confirm how many people were injured or the extent of their injuries, reports Cleveland19.
The number of gunmen is unknown at this time.
Police were not able to confirm if any suspects have been identified or arrests made.
