LAS VEGAS, NV. (THECOUNT) — In what appears to be some sort of online dare, a man was seen on bank security cameras tossing raw eggs at an outdoor ATM in Las Vegas recently.

The unidentified suspect can be seen calmly approaching the ATM while pointing a cell phone and holding what appears to be a grocery bag containing a dozen raw eggs.

He then, for unknown reasons, begins tossing the eggs at the machine as he appears to film the stunt.

Metro Police say they are now seeking the suspect after he caused almost $2,000 dollars in damage as cleaning crews were forced to spend days cleaning the scrambled eggs off the exterior and crevices of the pricy machine.

The incident occurred at 12:46 a.m. on July 4 at the US Bank, located in the 4700 block of Blue Diamond Road in the southwest portion of the valley.

Authorities are asking for the public’s help in identifying a suspect.

Police described the suspect as a 24-year-old Asian man. He was seen wearing a UNLV Rebels shirt.

Anyone with information was urged to call Enterprise Area Command detectives at 702-828-4810 or email j6412r@lvmpd.com.
