MACON COUNTY, IL. (THECOUNT) — Private investigator, Rhonda Keech, was caught on video performing a sex act on a Macon County inmate.
Keech, 64, the owner of “Keech Investigations,” was hired as a private investigator for Macon County man, James Jones, an inmate with a long rap sheet who is now accused of delivering heroin.
According to her business website, Keech says she “serves the needs of central and southern Illinois.”
Documents say Keech was seen on video performing oral sex on Jones on multiple occasions while visiting the jail.
Correctional staff allowed the pair to have direct contact; however, once staff became suspicious of their behavior, officers began secretly filming their encounters.
According to Macon County Jail staff, Keech was at the facility four times last month to offer more than just her investigative services.
They say she performed a sex act on Jones three times just last month.
A sworn statement says after Keech performed the act, she would then spit into a cup and rinse her mouth with a secondary cup, which was filled with water.
It wasn’t until just Wednesday, July 21st, corrections officers entered the room and caught Keech redhanded.
Keech is in court for her first appearance and will be back August 30.
