BAYTOWN, TX. (THECOUNT) — Fire officials are responding to blaze caused by a massive explosion at the Exxon facility in Baytown, Texas Wednesday.
Baytown officials have issued a shelter in place order for all residents in the area of the plant.
The Exxonmobil Baytown Olefins Plant is located at, 3525 Decker Dr, in Baytown, TX.
