PHILADELPHIA, PA. (THECOUNT) — Ezra Weah aka, rapper Bankroll Gambino, was shot dead in a drive-by shooting over the weekend in Southwest Philadelphia, according to local reports.

Weah, 21, was identified as the victim of a drive-by shooting that occurred during the filming of a promotional video for the rapper’s social media page.

The shooting occurred around 8:15 p.m. Sunday as a group of men were about to start working on a video shoot in the 2600 block of Carroll Street, in Philadelphia.

Police say five other men were rushed to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center, reports CBSLocal.

Several people were on the steps of a home about to shoot a promotional video when police say a gunman started shooting. Witnesses told police the shooter was firing from a vehicle.

Investigators say, in all, six men were shot. They are between 21 and 24 years old.

So far, no arrests have been made.
