NORTH MIDDLETON TOWNSHIP, PA. (THECOUNT) — Linda Brandt, of Carlisle, PA, has been identified as the victim shot and killed in Cumberland County Monday.
Brandt, 64, was found deceased, laying in front of her house on the 400 block of Pleasant Hall Road, in Carlisle on Monday.
Police say Brandt was targeted and there is no outstanding threat to the public.
Police have released few details about the case, however, released the following brief statement:
“From all indications, we believe that Brandt was targeted and this was not a random act.”
