WASHINGTON, DC. (THECOUNT) — Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is reportedly being sued over her blocking of some of her followers on Twitter, says TMZ on Tuesday.
Twitter user, Dov Hikind, slapped AOC with a lawsuit claiming the newly elected Congresswoman blocked him following a Twitter feud over Israel and other Jewish issues.

According to court documents, Dov says in light of a federal appeals court ruling in favor of a bunch of Twitter users — who said Trump infringed on their First Amendment rights when he blocked them — the same principle should apply to AOC, reports TMZ.
Hikind goes on to list a number of other examples of AOC blocking people, including journalists, over the course of her brief time in Congress.
Dov admits he was very critical of AOC particularly over her labeling immigration detention centers “concentration camps,” and he let her know about it “on a regular basis” on Twitter.
The suit is seeking the court to declare AOC forbidden from blocking him, and others, saying the practice is unconstitutional. Hikind is also seeking to recover lawyer fees.
