KANSAS CITY, MO. (THECOUNT) — Braylin G. Russell, of Kansas, Missouri, has been identified as the victim in a fatal crash north of Pleasant Valley on Friday.
Russell, 21, was operating a Ford Focus when he crossed centerlines and exited the roadway on Friday afternoon.
The crash occurred in the area of I-435 and Highway 152, north of Pleasant Valley at about 5:30 p.m.
When first responders arrived, it was determined that Russell was traveling when he failed to negotiate a curve, according to officials.
The vehicle went off the left side of the roadway, crossed the ramp from westbound 152 to northbound 435, and came to rest overturned on the ramp from 435 northbound to 152 westbound, reports KCTV5.
