OLDHAM COUNTY, KY. (THECOUNT) — James McCubbin, of Louisville, has been identified as the victim found unresponsive at an Oldham County, Kentucky, construction site on Friday.
“Steve” McCubbin, is the subject of a death investigation after he was found deceased in the the 14000 block of Rivercrest Drive in Prospect.
Investigators said McCubbin’s death occurred after an accidental fall while working alone on a residence that was under construction.
The preliminary autopsy confirmed injuries were consistent with “a fall from heights,” reports WKKY.
