SAN ANTONIO, TX. (THECOUNT) — Justin S Paiz has been identified as the victim in a Tuesday Motorcycle verses vehicle crash in San Antonio.

Paiz, 34, lost control of his motorcycle while traveling in wet weather conditions and was fatally struck by a vehicle Tuesday afternoon.

According to reports, Paiz was traveling on a motorcycle around 3 P.M. along Fredericksburg Rd & Callaghan Rd, in San Antonio, TX.

A crash report stated, Paiz lost control when the driver ahead of him suddenly applied his brakes. While trying to avoid hitting the sedan, Paiz laid down the bike in an opposing lane and was run over by a female driver. He then became trapped underneath the vehicle.

The driver was seen desperately attempting to lift her car off the victim, reports FoxSanAntonio.

First responders arrived and pulled Paiz out. He was transported to an area hospital where he was later pronounced dead of multiple blunt force injuries.

Investigators determined bad weather a major contributing factor in the deadly crash.

No one was cited at the scene and no charges are expected to be filed.
