PARKMAN TOWNSHIP, OH. (THECOUNT) — Brandon Lee has been identified as the victim killed after the motorcycle he was operating collided with a horse-drawn buggy Tuesday afternoon in Parkman Twp., Ohio.
Four people riding in the buggy, including two children, were injured in the violent crash.
Lee, 26, was operating a motorcycle after 5 p.m. Tuesday on OH-528 when the fatal crash occurred.
The crash occurred in an area with a large Amish population.
Troopers say the buggy, driven by an unidentified 26-year-old man, turned left into a private driveway when it was t-boned by Lee’s motorcycle.
All four occupants of the buggy were hurt, with one child suffering life-threatening injuries, according to troopers. Two occupants were seriously injured while another child had minor injuries, reports Cleveland.
Lee was pronounced dead at the scene of multiple blunt force trauma injuries.
He was wearing a helmet.
It’s unclear if alcohol or drugs were factors in the crash, according to officials.
The crash remains under investigation.
