HOUSTON, TX. (THECOUNT) — Jolanda Silbas, and Edwina King have been identified as the two people killed in a two-vehicle crash involving a teen driver Saturday afternoon in northwest Harris County, according to officials.
Silbas, 55 and King, 52, were killed in the crash after 2:00 p.m. near TC Jester Boulevard & Fallbrook Drive, in Houston, TX, when a pickup truck collided with another vehicle.
Officials said two of the three occupants in one vehicle died and the third person was left critically injured, reports Click2Houston. The condition of the injured person was not provided by officials.
The 16-year-old, who was driving a pickup truck, was taken to a hospital and is listed in stable condition. That individual has not been named because of age restrictions.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
