SAN DIEGO, CA. (THECOUNT) — A 22-year-old woman held at a East County San Diego detention center on a misdemeanor charge is now facing felony charges after making a bold escape.
Destiny Guns, originally from Baltimore, Maryland, was being housed at Santee Las Colinas Detention and Reentry Facility, Santee, CA and showed no prior offences when she made her escape Saturday night, according to jail officials.

Guns was being held at the facility on misdemeanor charges of receiving stolen property, theft and possession of a controlled substance, according to records.
Jail officials say that Guns may have scaled several walls in her efforts to successfully flee her incarceration.
Anyone with possible information on Guns’ whereabouts is asked to call police at 911.
