LOS ANGELES, CA. (THECOUNT) – We now know the man who attacked Jack Osbourne, (son of Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne,) and his female companion, while the pair exited a Studio City, CA, coffee shop on Thursday, is a “frequent-flyer” homeless man.

Police took the unidentified homeless man into custody just moments after witnesses said he randomly attacked Osbourne and a female victim at Bluestone Lane coffee shop along Ventura Boulevard.

An employee of the shop said Osbourne was with a woman outside when a man appearing to be homeless walked up and out of nowhere punched Osbourne in the face and stomped on the woman, reports Fox19.

The homeless man then fled the scene but police located him several blocks away.

The Bluestone Lane Coffee Shop is located on famed Ventura Blvd in Los Angeles, CA.

Reports say, the homeless man then attempted to assault officers with a screwdriver as he was being placed into custody.

The employees at Bluestone Lane said the man appeared to be homeless and has been frequently seen in the neighborhood.

Osbourne and the female are expected to recover from the vicious attack.

The attack come following intense public scrutiny over nearby Seattle’s homeless crisis, as details in the hit documentary, “Is Seattle Dying?”
