SOUTH TEXAS. (THECOUNT) — A DPS deputy has reportedly been shot in a McAllen, Texas subdivision. The condition of the officer was not immediately made available.
A manhunt is ongoing for a suspect after a DPS trooper was shot in McAllen on Saturday night.
The shooting reportedly occurred near W Freddy Gonzalez Dr & N 10th St in McAllen, TX.
DPS tweeted that everyone is being asked to stay away from the area, accoring to ValleyCentral.
