LONDON, ENG. (THECOUNT) — Mick Jagger is reportedly set to undergo heart surgery this week after cancelling the Rolling Stones tour, reports Mirror.
The 75-year-old will apparently have an operation to replace a heart valve in New York in the coming days, the Drudge Report claims.
He is expected to made a full recovery and return to stage by summer.
Mirror Online has contacted his publicist for comment.
It comes after the star announced the postponement of the band’s upcoming gigs in the US and Canada on Saturday, telling fans he needed medical attention for an undisclosed illness.
