MEDICINE LODGE, KS. (THECOUNT) — Robert Christensen has been identified as one of two bicyclists killed after a vehicle collision on a southern Kansas highway Thursday night.
Lawyer, “Bob” Christensen and another unidentified cyclist were traveling on U.S. 160 about a mile west of Medicine Lodge when a vehicle struck them from behind just before 7:15 p.m. Thursday.
Both bicyclist were killed in the collision. It is unclear if they died at the scene or were transported to area hospital and later pronounced dead.
Additional information about the crash was not immediately provided by officials.
The investigation is ongoing.
