YORK COUNTY, PA. (THECOUNT) — York County Coroner Pam Gay identified the York College student, Ethan Williamson, as the man found dead in his room Wednesday.

Little information was provided by Gay as to the 20 year old’s cause or manner of death saying only that there was “no obvious sign of trauma.”

“An autopsy completed this morning is pending additional testing,” Gay said on Twitter..

Spring Garden Township Police continue to investigate, she said.

Gay stated that her office was confirming Williamson’s identity because “some persons already have that information.” She added that Williamson is not from the York area.

Williamson’s death marked the second on-campus student death at York College this year, reports EveningSun.

There was no obvious sign of trauma, according to Gay.

“We have been informed that there is no indication that foul play was involved,” college President Pamela Gunter-Smith said in a letter to the school community.
