TULSA, OK. (THECOUNT) — Deionna Young has been identified as the Arby’s manager arrested after fatally shooting a customer who apparently spat on her during an argument over an order.

The customer, 25-year-old Desean Tallent, allegedly threatened Young and spit on her, said police.

Young, also 25, is facing first-degree murder charges over the alleged incident that took place on March 24 in Tulsa.

According to reports, Young followed the man with an unlicensed .45-caliber handgun and opened fired into his vehicle, striking and killing him, according to officials. She was arrested several days later.

Police said she then returned to her duties at Arby’s, located at 4027 S Garnett Rd, in Tulsa, OK.

An injured Tallent then drove his SUV north to Walmart and crashed into an entrance.

He was later pronounced dead of gunshot injuries at a nearby hospital.

Young is being held without bond, reports TheEpochTimes.

“We are currently conducting a comprehensive internal investigation into this incident. Additionally, we are fully cooperating with local authorities and will continue to offer support however we can. As this is an ongoing investigation, we ask that all further media inquiries are directed to the Tulsa Police Department,” said Arby’s in a statement to Fox23.

Detectives said they examined video footage, the assault report, and a Crime Stoppers tip leading up to Young’s arrest, Fox23 reported.
