GWINNETT COUNTY, GA. (THECOUNT) — Joshua Jackson and Derrick Ruff, the Georgia men reported missing three months ago from Athens-Clarke County, have been found dead inside a Lawrenceville Highway storage unit, official say.

Jackson and Ruff, both 25, were discovered on March 17 in Gwinnett County inside a unit at the Extra Space Storage.

Jackson and Ruff were last seen together around 10 p.m. on December 18, 2018. Both were reported missing days later, reports CBS46.

On Sunday, authorities discovered the bodies riddled with gunshots inside a storage unit located at, 3564 Lawrenceville Hwy, in Lawrenceville, GA.

Lesley Chappell Green, 30, of Stone Mountain is being charged with two counts of concealing the deaths of another. He’s currently in the Gwinnett County Jail. Robert Maurice Carlisle, 32, of Lithonia is currently on the run. A warrant has been issued for his arrest.

The case is being investigated as a homicide.

Police say the motive appears to be gang-related.
