“Thank you for letting us become part of your famiglia. We hope you will continue to visit us at our other locations!” the sign stated.

Buddy Valastro, of TLC’s Cake Boss, has brought his restaurant to Sands Bethlehem. Buddy V’s Ristorante, a partnership with veteran restaurateurs Elizabeth Blau and Kim Canteenwalla, is inspired by Valastro’s family gatherings and features recipes passed down from his mother, grandmother and aunts. The menu offers twists on Italian-American favorites, as well as Valastro family favorites like Sunday Gravy, Steak Pizzaiola and Linguine and Clams with Lobster. The renowned baker’s restaurant, of course, also serves an impressive dessert selection including Zeppole, Cannoli and Valastro’s famous Lobster Tail Pastry.

You don’t have to sacrifice a great meal for a great show – or vice versa. Our preshow, three course menus were designed to not only taste delicious, but also get you in and out of the restaurant quickly. Each menu features a fixed price*, so all you have to worry about is what to order and how great your seats are going to be at the show.

No further details on the closure were provided, but the San Antonio address, 15900 La Cantera Pkwy Ste 11200 San Antonio, TX, has been removed from the restaurant chain’s website.

Buddy Valastro’s eatery featured new twists on Italian-American classics along with his famous baked treats. This location on the northwest side, which opened at the tail-end of January last year, was the only one in the Alamo City, reports KENS5.

Valastro has earned a legion of fans since making a nationwide debut on the reality show “Cake Boss” in 2009. The show focused on his New Jersey eatery.
