MEMPHIS, TN. (THECOUNT) — Kelvin Harrell has been identified by family members as the victim shot and killed in Memphis, Tennessee Tuesday afternoon.

Harrell, 36, was named by his twin brother as the victim found suffering from at least one gunshot wound in 800 block of Springdale Drive, 12:30 Tuesday.

Details on the deadly incident are very limited.

Harrell was pronounced dead on the scene of gunshot injuries.

His twin brother told Fox13Memphis, that he felt a part of himself die with Kelvin.

Police said they are seeking for three to four suspects but no suspect description was provided by officials.

A motive has not been released.

The investigation is ongoing.

An individual claiming to be Harrell’s cousin remembered him on Facebook Wednesday:

“Why my cousin this world is so cold i still cant believe this is true Kelvin Harrell cuz why you leave us… You hurt us with one but im gone forever see you threw your twin”
