TYLER, TX. (THECOUNT) — Terry Dewayne Cain, of Tyler, Texas has been identified as the victim in a fatal single-vehicle crash in Tyler Saturday, according to Tyler PD.
Cain, 38,was operating a Dodge Challenger in the 900 block of North Parkdale Drive, in Tyler, TX, when for unknown reasons, he crossed centerlines and exited the roadway about 4:15 p.m. late Saturday afternoon.
The vehicle then overturned and landed upside down in a creek before coming to a rest upside down.
Officials later pronounced Cain dead at the scene.
Family has been notified. Investigation into the accident is still ongoing, reports CBS19TV.
Anyone with possible information on the fatal crash may contact police at 911.
