BARSTOW, IL. (THECOUNT) — Sarah Hubbard-Gilbert has been identified as the woman found dead outside a Barstow, Illinois home on Monday.
Sarah Gilbert, 36, was located deceased after police were called to the 100 block of 186th Street at 7 a.m. on Monday, Jan. 14., on calls of an unresponsive person laying out in front of a home.
Officials say Gilbert was pronounced dead by the Rock Island County Coroner’s Office.
An autopsy was scheduled for Tuesday, Jan. 15.
The investigation is ongoing.
The sheriff’s office was assisted at the scene by the Illinois State Police Crime Scene Unit and the Barstow Fire Department. source
