NEW YORK, NY. (THECOUNT) — Faizal “FAIYA” Coto, an aspiring rapper and New York City firefighter, has been identified as the victim in an apparent road rage incident Sunday.
Coto, 33, was killed while off-duty in a suspected road-rage incident following an early morning collision on a Brooklyn highway.
