XENIA, OH. (THECOUNT) — Winston Wright Shepard has been identified as the suspect arrested in the stabbing death of two woman at a Xenia, Ohio, residence Wednesday.

Shepard, 55, was booked into Greene County Jail on a murder charge after two women were stabbed to death at a home in the 30 block of Hardacre Drive, in Xenia, OH, Wednesday night.

Xenia police say the stabbing involved some kind of altercation and that there were four people inside the home at the time it transpired.

One victim was pronounced dead at the scene and the other victim was pronounced dead at Greene Memorial Hospital. Both died of stab wounds.

The dead have not been identified.

Shepard was reportedly residing at the address where the incident occurred.
