TULSA, OK. (THECOUNT) — An Oklahoma man, who has not been identified, was killed while confronting a suspect who was allegedly stealing his pickup truck from the front of his home on Thanksgiving morning.
The Tulsa County Sheriff’s Office is searching for a suspect who shot and killed the man near I-244 and South 33rd West Avenue early Thanksgiving morning.
According to deputies, the father of three, who has not been named, heard someone breaking into his truck around 2:15 a.m. He went outside to confront the burglar.
During the incident the man was shot in the head.
Authorities says the victim’s wife saw the shooter ride away on a bicycle. source
Police are reviewing security camera footage from the area.
