LA Man Jaydon Galliano ID’d As Victim Killed In Thursday Lafourche Parish Single-Vehicle Crash

GALLIANO, LA. (THECOUNT) — Jaydon Galliano, from Galliano, Louisiana, has been identified as the man killed in a single-vehicle crash Thanksgiving morning in Lafourche Parish.

Galliano, 24, who apparently shared his name with the town in which he lived, was killed in a single-vehicle crash on LA-24 Thursday, after, for unknown reasons, he exited the roadway and crash a 2004 Cadillac CTS, according to State Police said.

He was pronounced dead at the scene of blunt force trauma injuries consistent with the crash.

A crash report noted that Galliano was wearing his seat belt at the time of the violent crash.

Jaydon Galliano was traveling eastbound on La. 24 in a 2004 Cadillac CTS when the car ran off the road to the right and struck a tree, police said. His vehicle then struck a second tree and rolled over onto the driver’s side. source

Police said impairment is unknown as a factor in the crash and standard toxicology tests are pending through the Lafourche Parish Coroner’s Office.
