STEWART COUNTY, TN. (THECOUNT) — Angela Lynn Gibbs-Weaver, of Dover, TN, has been identified as the pedestrian struck and killed by a vehicle in Stewart County Thursday night.
Gibbs-Weaver, 42, was walking across Donelson Parkway, aka, Highway 79, near Taylor Chapel Rd, when she was struck and killed by a vehicle Thursday night.
The driver of the vehicle was not injured in the collision.
No criminal charged have been filed and no one was cited in the incident.
The Tennessee Highway Patrol has identified Angela Gibbs-Weaver, 42, of Dover, as a pedestrian struck and killed. Highway 79 at Taylor Chapel Rd. has been reopened after troopers investigate the crash. Preliminary information from THP indicates that the crash involved a vehicle and a pedestrian. source
The Tennessee Highway Patrol say the fatal collision remains under investigation.
