Spartanburg, SC. (THECOUNT) — Demecca Denise Austin, of Piedmont, South Carolina, has been identified as the victim of a fatal Tuesday morning collision in Old Greenville, Spartanburg, according to the South Carolina Highway Patrol.
Austin, 31, was killed in an accident to which the details are scant. One person died in a crash that occurred at Warren H Abernathy Boulevard & Nazareth Church Road, in Spartanburg, South Carolina Tuesday.
Austin was pronounced dead at the scene at 3:03 a.m. A cause of death was not immediately provided.
Tuesday morning the Spartanburg County Coroner’s Office said they were called to the scene. Coroner Rusty Clevenger, says one person has died at the intersection of Warren H Abernathy Boulevard and Nazareth Church Road. Clevenger says 31-year-old Demecca Denise Austin of Piedmont was pronounced dead on scene at 3:03 a.m. source

The coroner’s office and highway patrol are continuing to investigate.
