SOUTH DAYTON, NY. (THECOUNT) — New York man, Richard L. Tyma Sr., has been identified as the suspect accused of shooting his own son dead in Cattaraugus, NY, Saturday.
Daniel Tyma, 46, was shot during a domestic disturbance at a residence on Mill St, in South Dayton, NY, Saturday around 2:45 a.m.
Tyma Sr., arrested and charged with the murder of his son according to the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office.
The CCSO says 73-year-old Richard L. Tyma Sr. allegedly shot and killed his 46-year-old son Daniel Tyma during a domestic disturbance at a residence on Mill Street Saturday around 2:45 a.m. source
Tyma Sr. was arrested and charged with second degree murder, he was arraigned in the Village of South Dayton Court and remanded to the Cattaraugus County Jail on no bail.
