(THECOUNT) – An earthquake of magnitude 6.2 shook the north of Chile on Thursday, according to reports from the United States Geological Survey (USGS, for its acronym in English).
The seismic focus was located 95 kilometers deep and the epicenter was located 89 kilometers southwest of Iquique and 154 kilometers north-northwest of Arica.
