AZ Victims In Thursday Night Double-Fatal Phoenix Airport Inn Shooting Identified

PHOENIX, AZ. (THECOUNT) — Delano Mathis and Perry Sueing, have been identified as the two victims in a now double-fatal Phoenix shooting Thursday night.

According to Phoenix police, the shooting happened near 24th Street and Van Buren, in Phoenix, AZ, shortly before 9 p.m.

Witnesses reportedly told police that at least four people were seen shooting at each other and that two men were injured as a result.

The victims were transported to area hospitals with undisclosed injuries.

Both men were later pronounced dead of gunshot wounds consistent with the deadly conflict.

Phoenix police said Friday morning that the two victims taken to the hospital were later pronounced dead. They have been identified as 22-year-old Delano Mathis and 47-year-old Perry Sueing.
